Archives Clinic

On November 5, 2005, the Austin History Center and the University of Texas at Austin Student Chapter of the Society of American Archivists co-hosted an Archives Clinic for the public at the Austin History Center. This free clinic provided informational strategies and gave advice on how to preserve treasured photographs, scrapbooks, home videos, and other materials brought in by participants.

The two organizations have co-hosted the Archives Clinic during Archives Week in November for several years. Check this website in fall 2006 for activities planned for Archives Week in 2006.
